The bunches come from selected plots, the grapes are harvested over-ripening. After appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care then aged for a few months on fine lees to gain structure and reveal its most beautiful aromatic expression.
TThis Gewurztraminer with a golden yellow color opens on the nose with intense notes of exotic fruits and dried rose. On the palate, its exceptional richness continues with a fresh and mellow finish with a touch of spices. This Gewurztraminer will perfectly accompany Asian cuisine, characterful cheeses (Munster, Roquefort, etc.), foie gras or even desserts such as pastry logs or desserts with yellow or exotic fruits. It will also have its place as an aperitif with a kougelhopf.
