Vinification method of Muscat “Les Faîtières”

After appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care then aged for a few months on fine lees to gain structure and reveal its most beautiful aromatic expression.

Tasting notes of Muscat “Les Faîtières”

This cuvée made from the Muscat grape variety has a clear and lively color with fine green reflections. Fresh fruit mixes with notes of lilac and rose. In the mouth you will have the impression of biting the grape straight from the vine. This wine is above all a source of freshness and pleasure. A fresh and crisp wine, which is enjoyed as an aperitif. The ideal wine to accompany asparagus; also taste with fresh goat cheese.
