After appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care then aged for a few months on fine lees to gain structure and reveal its most beautiful aromatic expression.
This friendly Gewurztraminer is adorned with a beautiful yellow gold color. With varietal aromas very typical of the grape variety, it develops notes of spices and exotic fruits; relatively dry, it is through its generous and fruity side that you will appreciate this gastronomic wine.
Gewurztraminer accompanies perfectly spicy dishes and full-bodied cheeses like Munster, but also Maroilles, Pont-l'Évêque or Livarot. It will also be superb with exotic, sweet and sour or Asian cuisines.
