The bunches come from selected plots, the grapes are harvested over-ripening. After appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care then aged for a few months on fine lees to gain structure and reveal its most beautiful aromatic expression.
This Pinot Gris with a golden yellow color opens on the nose with intense notes of dried fruits and honey. On the palate, its exceptional richness continues on a soft finish with a touch of freshness which will accompany your sweet and savory dishes such as a lamb tagine with prunes or simply a moment of celebration with friends.
