Our Late Harvest "Vendanges Tardives"

Wines are made from the same varieties as those authorised for Grands Crus. Grapes are picked when over-ripe, often severel weeks after the official start of the harvest. The aromatic character of each variety is further enhanced by the concentration and development of noble rot - Botrytis Cinerea.
