After appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care then aged for a few months on fine lees to gain structure and reveal its most beautiful aromatic expression.

Tasting notes of Pinot Noir Rosé “Les Faîtières”

Like a sunrise at dawn, this vintage is adorned with a beautiful pink color with light salmon reflections. The nose reveals notes of red fruits (strawberries, grenadine, etc.). Fresh and light, this Pinot Noir Rosé has a frank and thirst-quenching attack. A vintage to serve with grilled meats, delicatessen, or with friends for a little freshness as an aperitif.
