Description of Crémant d'Alsace Brut Moenchborner
This cuvée has a fine, intense effervescence with a persistent string of bubbles. The colour is a bright, limpid golden yellow. The nose is generous, with notes of toast and dried fruit. This Crémant develops a beautiful aromatic intensity. The attack on the palate underpins a beautiful, mellow and persistent structure. Its volume on the palate reflects the full identity of the grape variety.
