After appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care then aged for a few months on fine lees to gain structure and reveal its most beautiful aromatic expression.
The wine opens with subtle aromas of lime and lime. The attack is lively and evolves towards dried fruits. Generous and easy-drinking wine, the fruit lines the finish well in the typicality of the Riesling grape variety. Riesling, king of Alsatian grape varieties, offers harmonious combinations with seafood, grilled fish or sushi.
