After appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care then aged for a few months on fine lees to gain structure and reveal its most beautiful aromatic expression.
This Pinot Blanc has a pretty pale gold color which precedes a very aromatic nose of fresh fruit. It is dry, well balanced and supple. It will be an excellent companion to seafood or white meats, provided that the sauce is not too sweet. Also superb with asparagus but also on your pies, charcuterie terrines or vegetable plates... a real all-rounder!
