Pour 2 tablespoons of " vinegar " in a bowl. Put a spoon tipped mustard . Add as much oil as vinegar ( = 2 tablespoons for a salad ) . Add pepper , salt.
Cut sausage into thin strips , grate cheese, chop finely the onion and cut into small dice pickles . Mix all the dressing. Arrange on a plate with a punch , then garnish with tomato wedges . Serve chilled .
