- 1 Munster cheese
- 1 jar of quetsches jam (plum)
- 6 littles spoons
- 1 bread
- Caraway (spice like cumin)
Cut cheese and arrange the slices on each plate or slate . Fill appetizing tablespoons questche (plum) jam and put a spoon on each slate. Put some caraway on each plate. Serve with fresh bread and let your guests enjoy.
Chef's tip : Vary the pleasures with jam currants , figs or dare jam apricot / rosemary !
